The output pitch seems too by a couple of octaves. How do I shift down ?

Long press (3+secs) the learn button to transpose outputs by -2 octaves.  This will persistent across reboots. Hold again to turn back.

(For the mmMidi MkI (non USB), make sure you have the latest firmware and double press the learn button)
