Why has my module started behaving strangely ?

There are a number of things to try;

• If it is a digital module, check you are running the latest firmware and if that doesn't help try a factory reset (refer to the modules manual but usually power on with encoder held down)
• Try a different power cable or available power slot on your bus board.
• Try the module in a different case or remove some larger (ideally digital) modules from your current case and see if that helps. This could indicate an overstretched or faulty power supply.
• If all the above fails, email help@busycircuits.com clearly outlining the issue, your case/power setup  and what you have tried. A short video clearly demonstrating the issue can really help.
