Why is my hardware Pam module not responding to interface signals from the Pam Sync Plugin?

Pam Sync requires a DC coupled interface to be able to send sync signals to the module.  Please check the documentation of your interface to make sure it supports DC coupled outputs, and that you're using the correct physical DC coupled outputs if only some on the interface are compatible.

If the outputs are confirmed to be DC coupled, It maybe be a routing misconfiguration - check Pam is actually getting signals by observing the outputs in a scope like module or similar.

It also may be that the signals are too level possibly being attenuated via your interface or digitally in your DAW. Try increasing output volume in the DAW and also try increasing the signals level going via a module that can amplify (O/A/x2 for example).
