Can I connect the HPO output to a line level input rather than to a pair of headphones?

Though the HPO was designed to primarily drive headphones, it will also work fine going into line level inputs. As usual when connecting any two pieces of audio equipment, just keep an eye on the gain settings of both the input and output stages to avoid unwanted clipping!
