Why does my computer fail to identify that Pamela’s PRO Workout is connected?
Please check:
- The module is not connected and powered via its Eurorack power cable. Only the USB cable should be connected.
- Your USB cable must support data and shouldn't be a ‘charge only’ cable. Try a different cable if you’re not sure. Also try flipping the cable 180 degrees and reconnecting (both ends).
- The module is the only USB device directly connected to the computer (try without a hub if you are using one).
Failing all the above please try on a different computer.
Finally failing that, please contact help@busycircuits.com with details on the above as to what you have tried.
