Why is Pamela’s PRO Workout’s BPM wildly different to the speed of the external clock I'm trying to sync to?
You need to change Pamela’s PRO Workout’s expected ‘pulses per quarter note’ (PPQN) to match that of the incoming clock’s. To do so;
- On the main BPM screen, long hold the encoder to display the ‘PPQN’ screen.
- If the BPM is too slow, lower the PPQN value, or if it’s too fast then increase it.
- A value of 24 PPQN is recommended for most reliable syncing.
