What tool should I loosen/tighten the ALM style of nuts?

The simplest way is to very carefully use pliers with grips wrapped in electrical tape.

We advise you to take extreme care if you are changing the panels; Our modules really aren't designed for user panel replacement and they can easily be damaged (broken LEDs, screen etc) which won't be covered by warranty. Take extreme care!
