Why has my module stopped powering up ?

In these types of situations the issue is usually power related: either the module's power is not properly connected or the power supply is overloaded (or faulty).

• Check the module's power cable is correctly orientated, with the red stripe aligning to either a ‘RED’ or -12V indication at both ends of the cable. Note all ALM modules feature reverse power protection - you can't damage a module by connecting the power the wrong way around.
• Try a different power cable or available power slot on your bus board.
• If you still have issues, try the module in a different case or remove some larger (ideally digital) modules from your current case and see if that helps.
• If all the above fails, email help@busycircuits.com clearly outlining the issue, your case/power setup  and what you have tried.
